At the moment I love the new Evanescence cover:  and Kelly Clarkson's:  For hate, I'm gonna chose this one from Lauren Alaina. It's a fantastic album, but the artwork is yuck:  |

I find myself very biased with album covers because my favourite cover ever is Lana's Born To Die which also happens to be my favourite album ever too.  The colours, the face-on posture, the expression, everything is just perfect. The Under My Skin cover is also one of my favourites and happens to be one of my favourite albums so I should probably try thinking of albums I don't like as much. In terms of album covers I hate, there are way too many. The worst I own is probably Born This Way or OneRepublic's 'Oh My My' |
