Not @ this thread being ignored.
Self titled is Beys best album by a mile, but The Formation World Tour is her best tour. Lemonade was good songs wise and the visuals were beautiful but it was all very much of the same each song. Self Titled had a different feel for each video which is why I fell in love with it instantly. (btw idk what the rule is on this forum with bumping threads but sorry if I've broke a rule)

Though for me, I always think Sasha Fierce & B'Day could be too, they hold so much nostalgia that it's hard not to be bias haha. That said, 4 is amazing too! The album of hers I don't like, is Dangerously In Love. It has the killer singles but as an album it's a snore. Lemonade is a great album but it lacks the replay value her other albums have.

Bey doesn't have bad albums she has albums that you need to be in the mood for in my opinion, however I do agree with Dangerously In Love, the singles are absolutely amazing and have stood the test of time and I love Me, Myself and I more than anything else but the rest of the album is just like okay cool. B'Day has bops in it like Upgrade U, Deja Vu, Irreplaceable, Beautiful Liar etc but songs like If and World Wide Woman are just fillers. Sasha Fierce was her best era commercially but I can't listen to anything from that album that isn't Diva, Videophone, Why Don't You Love Me and sometimes the main singles from it. 4 is an album that you either listen to in full or not at all in my opinion, really gotta be feeling some type of way to get into it. Self Titled makes me speechless at times, theres not a single song on that album that I will skip, even Superpower I think is absolutely beautiful to listen to. Lemonade fell flat next to Self Titled but its still a good cohesive body of work that did do well and does work very well and spoke to a lot of people and I enjoy maybe half the songs on the album but songs like Daddy Lessons, Freedom, Forward, Sandcastles just bore me. But I love her to death so it's all truly great and she's the best artist ever but the woman has her flaws too.

Yeah I agree mostly! She's an amazing artist, I've loved her for years! But I just hate the way she treated like some kind of God by some fans. She has amazing music and she has some not so amazing music. But overall she great, she kills it when it comes to live performance. I've seen her on tour three times and she killed it each and every time. What I will say about her live shows, is that they are all identical. She doesn't really do crowd interaction much, which is fine, some artists love it, others don't. But really, once you've seen a particular tour once, if you see it again months later it'll be near identical.

I do agree, the woman has been elevated to a platform that is higher than high and I think her way to cope with it was to shut everything down hence why she's not very active on anything but Instagram because, if I was her I'd be worried because she's constantly being watched to see what she would do next, so thats why she does it now just without telling anyone but the bitch has got some balls on her to release two albums without promotion or without a proper single and to change the game all over again. a legend.

For sure! It makes sense that she'd do what she's done when it comes to social media etc. She's kinda made it so people think she's above those things haha but in reality it's more likely that she's just a really private person. I think it's been that way ever since she got married, possibly even before hand. I mean no one knew, for 100% certainty that she was with Jay-Z until when? When their marriage was announced?

In my opinion it was after the miscarriage that she really went into her shell and thats when she decided that she'd be known through her music which is a shame but I think that if you met her in the street (unlikely) she'd stop and chat to you and tell you everything you want to know and answer every question you have, she doesn't seem secretive I think it's just she doesn't want the media to take something she's said out of context and twist and turn it, hence the shut off of social media and public interviews
