Hello everyone, I'm Angel, I'm 25 years old and i live in Chiapas, México, I study English Language Teaching, I'm learning to play the piano and i sing very good, I love Pop music but i'm also into rock, folk, soul, jazz, orchestal, classical and many other genres, I'm really into music and i like any kind. My favorite singer is Sophie Ellis-Bextor, i know her since a long ago and i really like every album she makes and i have many b-sides and rarities, i really love everything about her, i like also Bat for Lashes, Siobhán Donaghy, Dusty Springfield, Janis Joplin and many other more, you can check my last.fm profile is AngelPop i also like to suggest music and recieve recommendations. Someone mentioned something about this forum on Miranda Lamberts page on last.fm and I thought I'd join.
I like a range of music including hip hop, soul, country, folk rock and indie.
My favourite singer is without a doubt Alicia Keys! I also like Miranda Lambert, Ingrid Michaelson, Sufjan Stevens, Bon Iver, Father John Misty, Julien Baker, Norah Jones, Mat Kearney, Johnnyswim, Over the Rhine, Foo Fighters, Train, Derek Webb, Zee Avi, Lorde, Calvin Harris, Andy Hunter, ChocQuibTown, Residente, Lecrae and Lupe Fiasco.
I could mention more but it would take all day to list all the artists/bands I like.
A bit hard to chose my favourite album of all time but it would probably be HERE by Alicia Keys. The best albums of last year imo were Pure Comedy by Father John Misty, Fingers Crossed by Derek Webb and Turn Out the Lights by Julien Baker.
Don't watch much TV but I like Supergirl, Doctor Who and Madam Secretary.
I'm back in school and studying for a degree in Creative Writing and English Literature - although I'm thinking of switching to history.
Trying to find a job I can fit around my studying.
