I was walking to Starbucks when some lovely soul decided to shout gay boy at me, I just told him it's queen to him and he should kneel if he's addressing me.
Unfortunately, his response was a bit violent, but this is Oxford, and I'm from Tottenham. Think I scared him a bit 😂.

I just don't get why people have to actually go out of their way at to be assholes like that. It pisses me off so much. Like a girl I work with, she doesn't know I'm gay, she makes these homophobic comments every time any man that looks any little bit feminine comes in. I always call her on it, but she keeps doing it, so annoying.

Also, while I'm here, boys are rubbish. Well, Dan's not so bad 😛.
So I have an overconvuluted story that basically ends with me with a broken heart and the guy not talking to me, because he's 'straight.'
I don't care how he identifies but cutting me out of his life after a year like I don't exist isn't nice ☹️.
Worst part is I genuinely miss him, and despite us now living in different cities, he's still swerving me!

Maybe I'm a bit too militant/political, but I've spent a lot of time in therapeutic services as an LGBT mentor, and I've seen how this impacts like youngsters and stuff. With the high rate of suicide attempts in the rainbow family, I don't care if they're naive, I stamp that shit out. I gave a colleague in ASDA a 25 minute lecture on diversity when I heard them call someone, 'faggy.' |

Most straight guys I know, use the word (Using this word will lead to a ban) as an insult to their friends, like it's a normal thing to say. It's strange and annoys me to be honest.

Yeah, according to the Stonewall school report, incidents of homophobic/transphobic language is down, due to campaigns, but scarily, incidents of bullying of individuals has increased, and two in five trans kids have made an attempt on their life! I don't think many people consider the impact that words can have. The old idiom that goes on about sticks and stones couldn't be any more wrong if you ask me. Bruises and broken bones heal. The mental damage often is worse and more long-lasting.. |

I've not really been home this weekend between work and drinking...
So I was in a gay club on Friday and had no action, but end up in a straight bar and pull the bartender...how's that work 🤔?
Also, I now have to avoid that bar because of it was a bit boring in the bedroom...
(Well technically it was the little stairwell just inside the flat doors but yeah..)
